Shipping policy

Dispatch Times

All subscription products are shipped between the 2nd – 7th of the month. Currently, we are on a bi-monthly schedule for 2026, delivering in April, June, August, October and December. Any alterations to this schedule will be communicated. 

All one-time purchases (excepting one-off mail club purchases which are bound to the above dispatch time) will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Shipping Method

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Mail club orders do not have tracking by default, but this can be requested at checkout. All other orders have tracking. If you do not receive your tracking number, please get in touch.

Tracking numbers do not guarantee a signature will be required. If the Australia Post driver deems your location to be safe, they may leave your parcel without a signature. We are not liable for the driver's actions.

Liability

Once your purchase has been lodged with Australia Post, Amateur Hour is not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels.

Missing Parcels

In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. You can lodge an enquiry into missing parcels with Australia Post here.

Returned Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm your address and re-send your parcel once at no further cost to you. If the parcel is returned again, we will contact you to determine next steps. Unfortunately, we are charged a fee when your parcel is returned to sender, so the next steps will include an invoice for the two-RTS fees.

Pre-ordered Items

Any and all preorder items will be sent at a date specified on the product page.

Any items added together with your preorder item will be sent at the same time when your preorder item is ready to ship – please contact us if you would like this to be amended on your order.
